All delicious meals are Vegan and prepared freshly onsite. A typical dinner may include creamy vegetable soup, slow cooked dhal, Mediterranean-style vegetable stews and curries. All filling, satisfying and tasty.

Arrive at 4pm to settle in, make a cup of tea and get ready

6:30pm ~ Late Check-in- please arrive no later than 6.30pm 6:45 to 7:45pm ~ Dinner
8:00pm to 9:30pm~Cacao Ceremony & Drumming Circle
10:00pm ~ Quiet Time

7:00am to 7:30am ~ Morning Meditation
7:30am to 8:30am ~ Yoga
9:00am to 9:45am ~ Breakfast
10:00am to 1.00 pm ~ Workshop: Law of Attraction/Manifestation
1:00pm to 2:00pm ~ Lunch
2:00pm ~ Free time to walk, relax or book in a massage
3.30 pm to 5.45 pm. ~ Workshop- Clear and Protect your Energy System
5.45 pm to 6.45pm ~ Free time to relax or book in a massage
